瑞熙粮品制作的福州红酒卤猪手都是以一只猪手一支红糟酒的比例卤制。我们卤好,去多余油脂,真空包装,冷冻处理。您在家只需要大火蒸30分钟再静置一下下即可享用。里头包含很惹味的酸梅咸菜,适量的指天椒会为你解腻增香。非常惹味的猪手夹在馒头里是绝配,而那浓浓的汤汁配上白米饭或手工面线更让你一口接一口地停不下来!

The Fuzhou red wine braised pork knuckle made by Ruixi are prepared in the ratio of one pork knuckle with one bottle of red wine. We braised, remove excess grease, vacuum-packed and freeze. You only need to steam over high heat for 30 minutes, let it sit for a while, and enjoy. It contains a pack of flavorful plum-cooked pickles, and the right amount of chili-padi will deplete and increase your appetite. The flavorful pork knuckle sandwiched in the steamed lotus bun is a perfect match, and the thick soup with white rice or hand-pull mee sua will make you addicted to it.
