Originated from the chef's hometown, Sitiawan (Perak State). Well known Fuzhou dishes during special occasion, wedding dinner or Chinese New Year. 
Combination of Fuzhou's flavor with sweet, sour and a touch of spiciness. Varieties of fresh vegetables like black fungus, carrot, celery, red & yellow capsicum to perfectly pair with.

1) Thaw in room temparature for 1-2 hours then boiled in hot water for 25 minutes with lid on.

2) After thawing it can be directly cook on the stove as steamboat style (the golden aluminum bowl can be directly set on the stove with low heat)
