1）室内解冻至少1小时

2）直接放入蒸笼蒸 20分钟

     或  

     铝碗放入锅内水煮 20分钟

3）掀开碗盖倒扣于碟上即可趁热享用

1）Thaw in room temparature for at least 1 hour

2)  Steam directly in the steamer for 20 minutes

                                or  

      Put the aluminum bowl in the pot and boil for 20 minutes

3)  Remove lid, inverse on plate and serve hot
