1)室内解冻至少2小时

2)不用掀盖直接放入蒸笼蒸 30分钟

     或  

     不用掀盖铝碗放入锅内水煮 30分钟

 

1)Thaw in room temparature for at least 2 hours

2)  Steam directly in the steamer for 30 minutes

                                or  

      Boil in water for 30 minutes
