Rui Xi's handmade "Hakka salted meat dumplings" with just the right saltiness, fill with eyebrow peas, green bean (dall), mushroom, three-layer meat, salted egg yolk, shrimp and full of sincerity.
In order to keep it fresh, we wrap it freshly and cook, vacuum pack after cooling down and keep in the freezer right away.
To make it as a gift, you may consider to add-on ours hand-woven bamboo gift basket, RM13.50 per pc, limited 30sets only.
Each dumpling at +-270g, ingredients are:
新鲜三层肉 Fresh Marinated Pork Meat
香菇一颗 1 pcs of Mushroom
新鲜咸蛋半颗 Half salted eggyork
虾米 Dried Shrimp
小绿豆片 Green Bean (Dall)
眉豆 Eyebrown Bean
Way to Re-Heat:
． A Frozen dumpling Do Not Need to Defrost and directly steam for 30 minutes.
. After reheat, set aside and cool down for 15minutes.
．Our dumpling is freshly made without adding preservatives，please consume within 90 days(with frozen).
How to check if Dumpling are completely heated?
. If a chopstick or skewer can be easily insert to the center of the dumpling, means it is fully heated up.
. Cut open the dumpling, if the pork is hot, means it is fully heated up.
